About the Space
Fully equipped, industrial style podcast studio that can record up to 6 guests at once. Record your business promotions, meaningful conversations, or anything in between at the comfort and style of a custom built American hardwood table that holds up to 6 guests.
The room comes equipped with TV/monitor, ambient lighting, microphones, integrated charging and an audio recording deck. Walk away with professional audio stems that capture the essence of your conversation, ready to be shared with your audience. Guests are required to bring their own memory card to record audio (micro SD).
Want to add a visual dimension to your professional audio podcast? Guests can bring their own cameras and production team for no extra cost in order to record video. If guests don’t have access to a production team for camera recording, Head Space Studios is happy to help record for additional cost per hour. Details can be found through the “add-ons” section when booking.

Record your business promotions, meaningful conversations, or anything in between at the comfort and style of a two large leatherette chairs that hold up to 2 guests. The room comes equipped with ambient lighting, microphones, and an audio recording deck. Walk away with professional audio stems that capture the essence of your conversation, ready to be shared with your audience. Guests are required to bring their own memory card to record audio (micro SD).
Want to add a visual dimension to your professional audio podcast? Guests can bring their own cameras and production team for no extra cost in order to record video. If guests don’t have access to a production team for camera recording, Head Space Studios is happy to help record for additional cost per hour. For an additional $115/hr. Head Space Studios can capture professional video production with a multi-camera set up that includes additional lighting and recording memory. This does not include editing.
Live video switching with an AV engineer is also available for an additional $115/hr. This gives guests a fully produced and edited podcast by the time they walk out the door.

Host Rules
General Rules
We strive to provide a diverse range of equipment to support your creative endeavors. While we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we do have a few guidelines regarding equipment usage.
Care and Responsibility: We expect all to handle the equipment with care and respect. Please use the equipment responsibly and follow any instructions or guidelines provided by our staff.
Studio-Only Usage: Our equipment is designated for use within the Head-Space studio premises only. Please refrain from removing any equipment from the studio without prior authorization.
Cyclorama Wall Usage: When using the Cyc Wall, we kindly ask everyone to wear protective booties over their shoes to prevent scuffing or damaging the surface. (The studio provides them) This helps to maintain the high-quality finish of the Cyc Wall for everyone’s benefit. (This resection does not apply to the talent on the shoot.
Feet on walls: We understand the this space is for creativity and we want you to be as creative as possible. However we also want our next guest to have the same studio conditions as you. So please keep foot prints, off of walls. (if this is a must for your shoot and or client contact us directly.)
Safety Considerations: Your safety and the safety of others are of utmost importance to us. Please use the equipment in a safe manner and report any issues or concerns to our staff immediately.
Cleaning Up/ Checking Out. Here’s a quick checklist of what to do: 15min Cushion -As your session nears its end, we kindly ask that you start wrapping up approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled end time.
Gear and Props: Please ensure all equipment and props are returned to their original locations. Keeping the studio tidy ensures a seamless experience for the next guest.
Did you leave a mess? – Help us maintain a clean and inviting space by disposing of any trash generated during your session. Sweep or wipe down any areas you used, leaving the studio in the same pristine condition you found it.
Cleaning Fee: If the space is not left in the manner in which you found it, The HeadSpace Studios reserves the right to extend a cleaning fee, of up to $120
Security Measures: Prior to leaving, please ensure all doors are closed securely behind you. Click the lock button and push the door to confirm it’s properly locked. Don’t forget to secure the back door as well.
Other Rules and Considerations:
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed on location.
Pets: This location allows pets (to be photographed) on a case by case basis. And the studio retains the right to deny any pet request.
Track Usage: If you plan to use tracks, please ensure that they are properly padded to prevent any potential damage to the flooring.
Nudity: Yes you can shoot your model in the buff, however we do ask that you inform us so we can give you the most privacy and or close the set.
What should I do if I accidentally leave my personal gear at Head-Space?
At Head-Space, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, it’s essential to remember that our studio is a communal workspace. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises. Therefore, we highly encourage you to double-check and ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the studio.
If, by any chance, any personal items are found by our members or staff, we will store them in the top cabinets for safekeeping. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of any items left behind. If you have left an item, contact us immediately and we will do our best to locate and return your belongings.
To safeguard your personal gear, we recommend being diligent about collecting all your belongings before departing from the studio. This ensures the protection of your valuable items and contributes to maintaining a secure and orderly environment for all members.
By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a conducive environment where everyone can benefit from our equipment resources. Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Protocol
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
